This week we have interviewed the four new Casebrook classroom teachers that started in 2018.
How are you enjoying Casebrook so far?
Miss Kerr - Loving it.
Mr Watts - It’s awesome, it's a really good school.
Miss Clark - I love it.
Miss McKenzie - I’m loving it.
2.What is your favourite thing about Casebrook?
Miss Kerr - How welcoming everybody is.
Mr Watts - The people, everyone is really nice and helpful.
Miss Clark - The people.
Miss McKenzie - The friendly students, everyone is friendly and helpful and its a positive place.
3.What do you think Casebrook could improve on?
Miss Kerr - General respect.
Mr Watts - Swearing/bad language.
Miss Clark - Littering.
Miss McKenzie - Being kind to one and other and using respectful language as well.
4.Are you coaching or have you coached a Hagley team? If not, do you want to?
Miss Kerr - She would like to but she missed out
Mr Watts - Football C team and softball team.
Miss Clark - Netball and volleyball.
Miss McKenzie - no she is not but would like to next year.
5.Can you tell us a few interesting things about yourself?
Miss Kerr - Decided to become a teacher when she was volunteering at a school in Africa, she has visited 28 different countries.
Mr Watts - Favourite sport is softball, used to flat with Mr Foster in Dunedin when he was studying, likes watching movies and doing exercise.
Miss Clark - She has done two half iron mans, has lived in the US and UAE, has just started playing netball again.
Miss McKenzie - Youngest in her family and she plays hockey for a club in Christchurch.
