On Mondays Mr McBride takes rough play. Rough play is when you play different contact sports for example, Bullrush and Rugby League.
At the moment it is only boys but we hope to encourage the girls to play. We interviewed a few people that play.
Max Rountree explained if he could change one thing about rough play it would be “Mr McBride doesn't tackle me“ You get to play Bullrush and League and everyone says they like it and it is fun.
People also say that they like to do a lot of tackling and that they would like more people to play. Some say that they did not care about girls playing, so we encourage more girls to play.
If students are interested in participating in rough play, they should meet on the front field on Monday lunch times. You need to be in a change of clothes so your uniform doesn't get dirty.
