Parent Coaches - Hagley Sports

This year we are looking for parent coaches to assist with our Hagley winter sports teams...

In term two our winter Hagley sports competition begins. At Casebrook we enter Netball, Football, Hockey, Rugby and Rugby League teams.

This year we are looking for parent coaches. You need to be available on Tuesday afternoons 1:30pm - 2:20pm and available to run a lunchtime/after school training throughout the week (though not essential).

Every year we aim to enter as many teams as possible but have only a finite number of teachers in order to provide coaching and management of these teams. We are dependant on our parent support - the more we have, the more can offer!

We would love to hear from you if you're keen. You don't have to be an expert coach, just positive and happy to work with 11-13 year olds. Practices can be provided for at school by staff if you can't do that, it is the on-the-day coaching and reffing we need from you.

We like to start trials before the end of term one and it helps to know for selection how many teams we can provide. We'd love to add an extra hockey and football team to our list, and netball help is always needed.
