'Be Inspired' Leadership Conference

10 students were offered the opportunity to attend the 'Be Inspired' conference for Year 7 students last week.

Hosted by Christs College, the Be Inspired Leadership conference was attended by Year 7 students from all over Christchurch.

The students were treated to an opening keynote by Sam Johnson. An inspiring young New Zealander who shared his experiences around leadership and inspiring others to follow a cause and help others.

Our students were involved in a number of co-operative leadership challenges, listened to other speakers about their experiences in leadership and also investigated their own leadership understanding.

Overall, an exceptional afternoon for our young leaders and one we will look forward to attending with a new batch of young leaders in 2017.
