On the 10th of November, Neo, Liam and Jorja from Room 1 went to Tauranga for the MADE (Media and Digital Excellence) Awards.
This event is for all New Zealand schools to enter. The awards were for media and digital excellence.
This is a national award that has been running for 10 years. It is the first time we have entered.
This involves photography, film, animation and coding. Liam and Neo made the finals with a video game they programmed that helped people learn math skills. Jorgia came third in the music video category - she created a digital animation.
