PTA Chocolate Fundraiser

Our chocolate promotion will start on Thursday May 28th. Lots of great prizes to be won! Every complete box of chocolate sold will earn an entry into a draw for a $20.00 voucher (5 each week to be won). The person that sells the most chocolate will win an $80.00 Northlands voucher, second prize $50.00, third prize $20.00.

Promotion Timeline:

• The chocolate boxes will be going out on Thursday May 28th
• Extra boxes will be available from June 2nd
• Closing date and ALL money to be returned by Monday June 22nd
• The boxes will have a mixture 30 chocolate bars, to be sold at $1.00 per bar. Total cost $30.00

Money: Please return all money in a sealed, named envelope to Studio 1 before school (8.30am). Not the payments box.

Envelopes should be clearly named, eg: Chocolate promotion, Jane Smith, Room 5

Extra Chocolate: If you have sold your box of chocolate, additional boxes may be collected from Studio 1 after school (2.50pm).  Please remember you have to return money for sold boxes before collecting another box.

If you are unable to participate in this fundraiser, please contact the school office by email: office@casebrook.school.nz by 9.00am Friday May 15th to ensure that your child is not issued with any chocolate.
