On 15th of August the Kapa Haka group, Korean Dance and Pacifika performed at Horncastle Arena for the Cultural Festival. The Casebrook students represented our school by showing all of our hard work loud and proud .
We asked Mr Leys how the Kapa Haka made him feel, he answered ‘‘Watching the Casebrook Cultural groups: Korean Dance, Pacifika and te whanau o te ao Kapa Haka group warmed my heart". Seeing Casebrook students performing with such passion filled him with pride. We asked Amber Davis, Korean Dancer, how she felt when going on stage “I was worried that I was going to forget the actions and before I went on my heart was racing and I had butterflies".
Congratulations to all of the performers for a great performance and representing our school.
