Free Earthquake Counselling

'Petersgate Counselling Centre' is still able to provide free earthquake counselling to people whose lives have been disrupted by the earthquakes.

If your wellbeing continues to be eroded by the earthquakes and their aftermath then you might well qualify for free counselling. Typical indicators include but are not limited to:

• feeling overwhelmed
• feeling hopeless or despairing
• having trouble concentrating
• having trouble sleeping or working
• experiencing relationship difficulties
• experiencing a deterioration in your health
• experiencing repeated disturbing memories, thoughts or images from the earthquakes
• using alcohol or other drugs to manage feelings
