Our Technology and Specialist Programme makes our school an exceptional place to learn. In our recently refurbished rooms, students are immersed in a range of hands-on experiences that inspire innovation, creativity, and critical thinking.
When you talk to our students about their time at Casebrook Intermediate, technology and specialist is often one of the most exciting highlights of their journey. Our practical technology programme equips students with real-world skills, a passion for problem-solving and a can-do mindset.
Our Technology Programme Includes:
Product Design – Encouraging students to design, build, and bring their ideas to life.
Food Technology & Garden to Table – Promoting sustainability and teaching food technology skills with a focus on growing, harvesting, and cooking healthy food.
Digital Design – Enabling students to navigate the digital world, from coding to graphic design and beyond.
Our Specialist Programme Includes:
Visual Art - Developing students' artistic knowledge and skills through exposure to a wide range of visual media and techniques where they can be successful in expressing their own ideas and personal identity in a visual context.
Science - Gaining awareness of science in an everyday context. Students observe and investigate by conducting experiments, recording findings, and analysing data to build observational skills.
PE and Health Specialist Programme
Our school-wide PE and Health Specialist programme ensures all students receive 13 planned 55 minute lessons based around a wide range of PE and health-related needs for 11-13 year old students. Some of the topics covered are: Substances, Keeping Ourselves Safe and LifeChanger.
