International

Here at Casebrook we believe that emerging adolescents are a unique age group, and we are committed to meeting their needs. Our learning environment is supported by a strong focus on values.

International students at Casebrook are given a warm and personal welcome to our school. We work hard to ensure their experience with us is successful, meaningful and enjoyable.

All international students are met at Christchurch Airport when they arrive into the country. A customised individual orientation programme is put in place upon their arrival at Casebrook; we remain close at hand, providing ongoing support, for the duration of their stay with us.

We work closely with international students to improve both their written and verbal English skills, through dedicated ESOL classes. Our International students study the New Zealand Curriculum.

Casebrook Intermediate international students can expect to be well cared for, well educated and included in a wide variety of activities such as local sport trips and outdoor education camps.

Our international students live with local host families who generally live a close distance to school, this is a great way to experience the warmth and friendliness of New Zealand families.

Our International Director will assist with family placement and monitor the student while they are studying at Casebrook.
