At Casebrook Intermediate, we believe that fostering a positive learning environment through PB4L ensures better academic success for our students.

Casebrook Intermediate has three core values that underpin learning:

RESPECT - WHAKAUTE

EXCELLENCE - PANEKIRETANGA

PERSEVERANCE - HIRINGA

Students aspire to be a Casebrook ‘REP’. Our vision is ‘To offer integrated experiences that broaden and enrich the learning of our emerging adolescents.’ This is summed up in our motto ‘A School of Opportunity’.

REP Cards

  • Students who exhibit exemplary or expected behaviours are rewarded with REP cards.

  • Teachers will select the appropriate REP card value that has been demonstrated.

REP Badges and Super REP Badges

  • Respect, Excellence or Perseverance house coloured REP badges are awarded to students when they reach 40 REP cards in one of the values.

  • Our Super REP badge signifies the highest level of achievement in our school's behaviour reward system. These are awarded to students who reach 60 REP cards for each of the values.

REP Lessons

  • REP lessons are taught school wide to reinforce a consistent positive school culture. These lessons focus on life and social skills as well as routines. REP lessons are essential to our REP values and expectations being adhered to by all in our community.
