Room 6's Genius Hour

This term Room 6 decided to do Genius Hour for Inquiry.

We picked our topics and planned how we were going to present them.  A few topics students picked were - Dinosaurs, Walt Disney, Fidget Spinners, History of Hockey, the affects of McDonalds etc. 

We all choose to present our work in different ways like - making a google slide, tinkercad, imovie, making a website or a poster. 

We got to work straight away. First, we researched our topic and wrote it in our book or on a Google slide.  After a few sessions of researching, we started on our presentation. 

We wrote our research on our presentation in our own words and decorated our presentation with pictures and videos. 

We gave each other ideas and helped each other with our projects. After a few weeks, some projects were finished and ready to be presented. 

Some of us added some extra additions to our presentations like a quiz, blog post or a poster. It was a lot of fun and we can’t wait to do it again.
