Harrison Cameron was recently acknowledged for his outstanding rugby talent.
On the 25th of August, there was a Darfield RFC prize-giving where Harry Cameron was awarded the JAB Under-18 Player of the Year!
Over the rugby season, Harry scored 42 tries over 13 rugby union games and four rugby sevens games!
During the season he mostly played centre, but the last three games he played fullback. Harry has been playing rugby for seven years now, five of which he has represented Darfield.
A significant moment of Harry's season that was mentioned at the prize giving by the club president was the 4 four tries he made under the post on club day.
We are really proud of your achievements, Harry! A huge achievement to be recognised in that age category at just 13 years old.
