Room 3 students have interviewed Mitchell Oldfield about his experience at the water polo tournament.
13 students went away to Dunedin over the weekend. They competed in the South Island Intermediate competition. Anika and Zoe (Room 3) have interviewed Mitchell (Room 7) about his time away. Here is what he had to say.
How was the trip?
The game was really fun, I enjoyed it a lot.
What was challenging?
Defending was one of the challenging parts about it.
Why did you want to do water polo?
I wanted to play water polo because my sister used to play for Casebrook.
What did you enjoy the most?
I really enjoyed the games.
Where did you stay?
We stayed in Dunedin at a holiday park.
Three words to describe your trip?
Exciting, fun and hard.
What did you do on the drive down there?
We stopped at McDonalds Timaru and Moeraki boulders.
How did you feel about how you played?
I think I did ok to the best of my ability.
