Hagley 2023 Recap

Casebrook has had a great time at Hagley these past nine weeks. We would like to say a great job to everyone who competed in Winter Hagley Sports in 2023.

Sadly, this week was the last week for all the Hagley teams. The Casebrook students all had the opportunity to play a sport in the last two terms at Hagley, whether it was netball, who took a whopping seven teams, rugby who took three teams, football who took five teams, badminton who also took five teams, table tennis who took four teams, and hockey who took two teams. Each week on Tuesdays all the teams left to go to Hagley on buses or private cars (thank you to those families for your help). We asked some students around the school their thoughts on Hagley this year and this is what they said:

- I enjoyed winning the first game. Though I would like the skills to be better.

-Hagley was fun and really good.

-Hagley was really fun.

Most of us including the ones who stayed at school had a great time during Tuesday sport time.

See you next year Hagley we had a fun time this year.
