Casebrook Boys Cricket came an admirable 3rd place after showing excellent perseverance in the knockout stages.
Congratulations to the members of the squad that contributed to our success last week. It was the last show for our Year 8 squad members and they all turned up in style to contribute to the games. We played a lot of cricket throughout the day, fending of notable attacks from well respected teams. Cobham sneaked past us in the semi final and left us to face Breens for the third place play off. We showed strength in our batting and accuracy in bowling after such a long day at the crease, putting up a tough score to beat and then removing all their players with ruthless efficiency to claim third place. We wish all the Year 8 players a fantastic season with their clubs and their cricketing futures. Year 7's, see you next term. Mr Pitt
