40 Hour Challenge 2023

The school community united during the recent 40-hour challenge to help raise money for children in Malawi needing water. From Friday 16th to Sunday 18th, our students displayed excellence and perseverance, engaging in a variety of activities that tested their physical and intellectual abilities. Alongside their remarkable efforts, we have managed to raise an impressive $6769 through donations so far.

The success of our fundraising campaign highlights our community's compassion and generosity. These funds will make a significant impact on those in need, thanks to the collective spirit of our students, whānau, and local businesses.

Here are photos of some of our wonderful ākonga, Gemma (Room 10) who completed 40 hours of no technology, and Ethan (Room 10) who completed 40 hours of no bed.

Great effort from everyone at Te Kura Mareko. Click the link below to donate to the Casebrook Intermediate's World Vision page.
