Artwork in Te Puna Waro

Last week, you got a wee taster of the AMAZING artwork in Te Puna Waro. Here’s more information about the dazzling display before you go any further.

This art is there to help make the library colourful and to make the walls pop with colour. The most fascinating thing about this art in our eyes is how vibrant the colours are and the 3D elements that make it pop.

The art has only been in the library for a week, and it will most likely come down next term when new art is created. The art is a very excellent idea for the library.

Miss Zant enjoyed working with the art extension group because she wanted them to have some creative choices with their art; this meant having free time to do what they wanted!

The work they turn out is top quality and also nice and bright. Describing this art as very lovely, the students have always felt a sense of pride seeing their art in a public space.

So when you pop into Te Kura Mareko, come to Te Puna Waro and check out all of the new artwork on display.
