Introducing Casebrook's Student House Leaders 2017

W meet our outstanding student house leaders for 2017 and ask them to share their motivations for the year ahead...

We asked each of our House Leaders the following questions:

- What do you love about Casebrook?

- What are you most looking forward to about Casebrook this year?

- What things do you like doing in your spare time?

- What is a special talent you have?

Bronte Perriam (Head Girl) - Veitches House

I love all the teachers, they're helpful and kind. I love how everyone works together at Casebrook. I'm looking forward to getting to know all the new Year 7's and all the house events! I like to read, play water polo, swim, draw, sing and learn French. My family say I'm good at singing and making people laugh!

Ben Donaldson (Head Boy)- Veitches House

I love all of the opportunities that everyone gets, whether it’s leadership,   Tech extensions or musical. This year I’m looking forward to being able to work with the leadership team. I like to play Minecraft, watch Netflix, watch youtube and play sport. My special talent is being able to throw a ball half the pool in water polo.

Matthew Lange (Dep. Head Boy) - Northfield House

I love all the cool activities and opportunities Casebrook offers that other schools don’t. Im looking forward to the speech competition because I like public speaking. In my spare time I just hang out with friends and chill. My special talent is public speaking with confidence.

Josiane Hill - Northfield House

Casebrook has an awesome water polo team that my primary did not have, we play on Monday nights at Jellie park pool.  It is great fun and I advise you to try out. This year Im looking forward to all the new leadership positions that open up as a Year 8 and becoming a role model in the school. In my spare time I like to catch up on work that I've have missed while at extra activities and plan ahead to lead Northfield to glory! I love swimming and I swim 5 times a week and I do lots of swimming and surf life saving comps.

Tony Setu - Cavendish House

 I love that we have the best canteen. I also love the opportunities that we have at this school #sports! I'm most looking forward to playing basketball and hopefully making it to finals this year. In my spare time I love going swimming or scootering with my friends. My special talent would probably be playing sports.

Trinity Mackley-Flutey - Cavendish House

I love the people, the opportunities and the sport at Casebrook. This year I am looking forward most to leading Cavendish house to victory! Also, making the most out of Casebrook's opportunities that arise so when I go to high school I can be the best I can. In my spare time (I don't get a lot due to sport!) I like to watch movies, listen to music or chill with friends. A special talent I have is I'm a good decision maker, critical thinker and supportive of  others - leadership skills!

Louise Hamilton (Dep. Head Girl) - Sawyers House

I really love all the teachers here at Casebrook. This year I'm really looking forward to being in the school council and being a house leader. In my spare time I like playing the violin and spending time with my pet bunnies! Special talents I have are violin, sewing, writing, reading and I'm pretty good at speeches too! 

Kieran Inwood -  Sawyers House

At Casebrook I love all the clubs and groups you can join, especially this year. There are a lot more awesome clubs than anywhere else. This year as a Year 8 I can't wait to do music lessons and perform in the Casebrook production.  In my spare time I like to play games, hang out with friends, and just have fun! My talent is long distance running.
