Swimming Sport

Congratulations to the students who helped support Casebrook Intermediate, by trying their best at swimming sports.

On Monday the 10th of March, 2023 Casebrook students went to Christ's College to compete in a number of competitive and non competitive swimming events. 

A few of our students qualified for zones, which is really impressive. When asked what he thought about the swimming Mr Straker said he loved how everyone supported each other and cheered the swimmers on. 

We interviewed a few students that participated to hear about their experience. 

Ruby Robertson said, "Swimming sports was an amazing experience and a great time with my friends. My favourite part was definitely the feeling of winning my race!"

Madison Woolhouse said,  "My favourite part was definitely getting into the water, I was really happy to hear that I came second in backstroke!"

Hayley Waghorn said, "I was really happy to hear that I got third for breaststroke!"

We are lucky to have such great swimmers here at Casebrook! Well done!
