Mr Kirk is a new teacher at Casebrook this year. He is in Room 3. We interviewed Mr Kirk to learn a bit about him!
Mr Kirk’s first three weeks at Casebrook Intermediate have been a bit stressful because he is learning lots about the school. But he really enjoys teaching. Mr Kirk describes his class as “cool” and says they are a very sporty bunch. He rates them 10/10.
Mr Kirk studied for three years at the University of Canterbury. He wanted to become a teacher because he likes helping younger people. Mr Kirk is from Plymouth, England. He moved to New Zealand in 2014.
Mr Kirk plays netball and likes to go for runs and to the gym. He plays netball for Canterbury and sometimes the New Zealand men's team. The things Mr Kirk likes doing out of school the most are playing netball and hanging out with friends.
