Casebrook Intermediate students participated in a celebration of the arts.
On Tuesday the 30th of August, Casebrook Intermediate students involved in dance, drama, choir, Kapa Haka, Pasifika and various musical groups performed in the hall. This was an excellent way to show off the amazing talent and learning that has taken place within the arts.
When asked how she found the performance Madi from Room 15 said, "There were more people than I expected but I wasn’t nervous. I enjoyed it, it was so exciting and I wanted to do it again". Chi Chi from Room 9 said, "I felt quite excited because I was with my friends and I was having fun performing. It was a great opportunity for me to express myself."
When asked what he thought about the show Mr Broad said, “I was very proud and impressed with the efforts that the Casebrook students put into their practise and performances on the night. They should be very pleased with the way it came out.”
A bit thank you to all the tutors and teachers who helped make this possible. A big well done to everyone that performed, you did great!
