Seb went off to represent Casebrook in a BMX competition last week.
BMX biking is a dangerous sport and you can even break bones. The worst injury Seb has had was when he broke his thumb! BMX isn't scary for Seb anymore because he’s practiced over and over and knows exactly how to get his position right.
Before the competition, Seb had lots of practise at Christchurch city BMX.
“I like the adrenaline rush” he told us.
At the competition there are big jumps, some even eight metres long! The competition was pretty hard because the other races were the fastest racers for his age group in the whole South Island!
