At the end of last term, all classes at Casebrook were part of lessons in the Life Education bus.
Last term all of the classes at Casebrook Intermediate went to the Life Education van for three lessons.
Year 7 classes learnt about substances, vaping and how the brain works. In the Life Education van, we watched videos about how drugs and vaping affects the brain and we also learned about how much damage it can do to your brain. One of the games we got to play were Flinch. For another activity, we had to sort out different kinds of drugs and non-drugs and see if they were harmful or non-harmful. At the end of the lessons we were able to see Harold and he told us some jokes too.
Lou was a great Life Ed teacher, she taught us so much information about the brain and other interesting facts. We know everyone really enjoyed the lessons and enjoyed the prizes we got at the end.
