This event celebrates everyday people who contribute so much to our Casebrook community.
Last week we held our Hui and Kai evening. The evening is always a great opportunity to see our Kapa Haka and Pasifika groups perform, meet whanau and eat some kai. There will be a second Hui and Kai evening later in the year.
The PTA Popcorn Fundraiser is well underway, and boxes have been flying out the door. The PTA would like to thank all the students and whanau for their support of this fundraising event. If you would like any additional boxes these can be collected from the school hall at the end of each day once previous boxes have been paid for.
This week Casebrook Intermediate is supporting the ‘Say No To Bullying Week’. Schools across New Zealand support this in many different ways. At Casebrook we use our REP programme and hold a pink non-uniform day to raise awareness.
Many of the high schools in Christchurch are well underway in their Open Days/Nights for families looking to enrol in their schools in 2022. If you are a Year 8 parent, please familiarise yourself with the enrolment process of any high school you are considering.
Next Thursday night the Casebrook Dance Party will be held in the hall. This is always a popular evening. Notices have gone home with students for more detail around this. Tickets are still available through the office if you require them.
If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact the classroom teacher or the staff in the office.
