Year 7 sessions with Canterbury Cricket

Canterbury Cricket came to Casebrook Intermediate to teach all classes some cricket skills and have some fun.

Last week, on Monday 30th November some Year 7 classes had their sessions but it started raining part way through the day. Room 3 were lucky enough to have their session before the rain started. 

We interviewed Hunter from Room 3. He told us about what they did. They did some batting drills and bowling drills. They got taught how to play and enjoy cricket. Hunter thought that the session with Room 9 was fun. Miss Kirk and Mrs Feron were the teachers that accompanied Room 3 and Room 9. While he forgot the names of the instructors, he thought that they were nice.
