Casebrook’s A and B Volleyball teams recently competed in the South Island Indoor Volleyball Tournament
This tournament includes 16 teams from around the South Island. Due to illness each Volleyball team were only able to field five players for part of the tournament but that did not deter our teams. Both teams were very competitive and demonstrated great sportsmanship. The A team played with five players for the whole tournament and came 2nd in the B Grade. The B team came 6th in the B Grade. A fantastic result for both teams. Well done! I was really proud of how well our students demonstrated REPs during the tournament.
The A Team consisted of: Form Rakkhun, Samnang Chea, Luke Chilvers, Zaria Puru-Tongia, Jorgia Ralston, Danielle Mills.
The B Team consisted of: Haydn McBratney, Ella Mitchell, Ruby Mae Allen, Jackson Bond, Jack Cameron, Danielle Mills (Filled in for both teams).
