Self Defence

At self defence we learnt what to do if we feel uncomfortable or scared around strangers or people you know.

We also learnt how to get away if someone grabs us and what to do in that situation, and we also learnt how to kick and good kicking techniques. We also learnt how to punch and stances. We did a role play of what to do in dangerous situations e.g. someone played as a creepy person and we had to show what we would do in that situation. Overall self defence has made us more confident and it was fun.
