The hip hop competition that was held at Hornby High School earlier in this term was the first chance for our school hip hop teams to show their style and flair.
Weeks of practice, hours of commitment and dedication landed our school hip hop teams with two placings at the competition.
70 Cent which is made up of mainly Year 8 students got 2nd place overall and The Unknown, which is our Year 7 development team scored a 3rd place. All the teams should be exceptionally proud of how well they did. The competition was tough!
The students said it was a fun, exciting, and cool experience. Some of the best parts were coming together as a squad and performing in front of other schools.
The teams want to thank Mrs Feron for organising the trip, the parents/caregivers who came and supported them and Nekholas for choreographing and teaching the teams their dances.
