The Canterbury Year 7 & 8 Water Polo competition has started for Term 3 with our A team playing on Monday nights at Jellie Park.
Our first game back was against Breens Intermediate, we had a very impressive 14-0 win. This week we were up against St Frances, unfortunately we lost 4-3 but showed great skills and teamwork. Angus Hay our goalie had a fantastic game, continuously working hard to save goals.
It has been awesome to see several Casebrook Water Polo players involving themselves in Canterbury training camps to improve their skills and understanding of the game. Our students have certainly stepped up and we look forward to the rest of the season.
Good luck to our B team who start their competition at Jellie Park on Friday 14th August.
