On the 15th and 16th of June the Casebrook Leadership Team traveled to PYDT (Papanui Youth Development Trust) to learn more about how to be better leaders.
On the course they learnt the seven habits of how to be better leaders. They also did fun activities such as team building, rock climbing and heaps of knockout.
Isaiah Fortune and Huntyr Poultney attended the leadership course and their favourite activities were: rock climbing and learning about the seven habits for teens.
The seven habits are: Proactive and reactive, start with the end in mind, put first things first, think win, win, synergy, seek first to understand, then to be understood and sharpen the saw.
Thank you to Mr Leith and the PYDT team for organising this amazing leadership course!
