Room 2 has been using a programme called WTE (Write that Essay) to help improve their writing.
Write That Essay—fun, helpful, creative—a great online writing website for all ages. Recently, Room 2 has been using and exploring WTE. We have been learning new sentence styles, such as Explore the Subject, Em-Dash and lots more. This has made writing and learning a whole lot easier, especially with the feedback feature and other tools.
We interviewed some people from Room 2 to see what they thought and why they like WTE.
Liam:
What do you think about WTE and what do you like about it?
"WTE is good for all ages, I like it because I can see how to get the percentage higher so I can improve my writing."
What was your favourtie piece of writing you have done so far?
"The Famous People Writing was my favourite because I learnt how to write a different paragraph/sentence style."
Zoe:
What do you think about WTE and what do you like about it?
"WTE is helpful by getting our feedback so we know what to fix and how to improve our writing. It is also easier to write on a device rather than by hand. "
What was your favourtie piece of writing you have done so far?
"One of my favourite tasks was the Life in Lockdown letter".
Brodie:
