Adapting to a new way of learning and having fun while doing it!
I have been so proud of how Room 12 have adapted during this crazy time. We have been playing many roles at home, learner, sibling, child, baker, chef and being super creative in the process.
Room 12 has been coming together over Google Hangouts, which has been a great way to keep in touch, whether we are learning, playing Kahoot/Quizzes or just having a yarn. It has been lovely seeing everyone and many laughs have been had by all.
It has given us the chance to use new tools online, continue work in our books and get creative in the kitchen. There are many things we miss at the moment, like our friends but we realise there has been a lot gained from this experience and it will make us more resilient.
From me, a huge thanks to you the Room 12 Whānau and the rest of the Casebrook community. The support that myself and our students have received has been amazing and we could not have done it without you!
