Leadership Group present at CCC Pap/Shirley Community Board

Casebrook students presented to the Papanui/Shirley Community Board last week to thank them for their financial support of our student leadership programme.

Georgia, Petram, Ben and Abi were able to share with the Community Board our gratitude for the financial support we received at the start of the year that enabled us to send 26 of our young leaders on a two day leadership course held at Papanui Youth Development.

This was an important contribution by our students to their community and they made an immediate impression with their 'slick presentation' and confident speaking ability.

A great experience for our future city councillors or community board members perhaps?  The afternoon tea spread was definitely a perk.

A big thanks to our students for conducting themselves so impressively on behalf of the leadership group and wider school community.
