To celebrate the arrival of spring and to provide a new and exciting challenge for lunchtimes, a group of student council boys created a golf challenge.
'Closest to the pin' and the 'longest drive' were two challenges that students could enter. Whilst the golf experience may have been a touch raw (not to mention the etiquette displayed at times), there was nothing lacking in the enthusiasm department.
A great opportunity for our students to try something different at lunchtimes and one sure to be repeated.
Congratulations to the following winners:
David Samoa - Room 6 - Closest to the Pin
Sean McClymont - Room 9 - Longest Drive
Thanks to the following students for helping make it happen:
Lachlan (Room 6), James (Room 3), Caleb (Room 9), Rory (Room 9), Ryan (Room 9), Angus (Room 9) and Kyson (Room 9).
A big thanks to Bevan our groundsman for mowing the fairway too!
