Sailing off We go!

My name is Jayden Curry and I am in Room 9. Over the weekend I competed in the Timaru Age Group Regatta for Optimist. 

It was over two days long. I was competing in the Open Fleet (the best fleet). We had a very early start on Saturday morning as we had to travel down first before the Regatta began. We had seven races in all in the Timaru harbour. I met up with lots of my friends from across the South Island. In my age group (11 & under) I came 4th.
