37 students travelled down to Ashburton on Tuesday to represent Casebrook at the Inter - Intermediate Athletics event.
With the sun shining (and the wind blowing), our Casebrook athletes performed to their very best over the day, with many making it into the finals in their disciplines. We had some absolutely fantastic results, and even came away with two new records for the event. Well done to Jordan Woodrow - Paul who broke the Yr8 Boys 100m record time with 11.25s and Valentine Aliivaa who broke the Yr8 Girls Discus record with 33.30m. Awesome work! A huge thank you must go to Rebecca MacLennan, Tracy Goulden and their helpers for running the catering side of the event and our Youth Worker, Jackson, for coming down to help.
