Mathematics & Statistics

In Mathematics in 2022 our students are taught in their home rooms but grouped across learning levels to address specific learning needs and abilities. Our teachers target and extend student knowledge across the mathematical strands of number (including numeracy strategies) and algebra, statistics, financial literacy, geometry and measurement.

We compliment our mathematics teacher instruction curriculum with a focused mathematics maintenance programme via 'Maths Buddy'. 

Students are expected to continue basic facts and mathematical strand maintenance during the term via Casebrook Challenge compulsory tasks.
